Shawn Andrews is Mununjali, Migunburri man from the Yugembeh language group. A direct descendant of the Tomes - Wheeler - Clark family and the strong women Jidda and Granny Clark.

Shawn has 20 years of experience working in education, strategy development, and strategy delivery. An entrepreneur and passionate advocate for human rights, Shawn has worked across the banking, accounting, and education industries designing and delivering complex projects that improve social outcomes for Indigenous Australians. Shawn was the Managing Director of SupplyAus of the 100% Indigenous owned business where he drove the strategic direction of the company working closely with the executive team to execute the strategy across the organisation. Shawn has a degree in Sport and Outdoor Recreation an Executive MBA at UNSW AGSM and has completed a Harvard University Leadership Course specialising in Indigenous leadership (2022). In 2020 he was the recipient of the AGSM Ethical leaders in business award, won the I2I award for Indigenous Business month in 2021,  the Buy Queensland Premiers Award in 2021 and represented Indigenous Australia at APEC in 2022. A family man, proud dad of two young girls and a fur baby named Bingo, Shawn loves spending time on country, camping and travelling with his family.
